About Blaire

Originally from Dallas, Texas, I graduated from TCU's Neeley School of Business in 2014 with a degree in Finance and minors in Accounting & Spanish. Upon graduation from TCU, I pursued a 12-month Fellowship in the Dominican Republic working with a micro-finance non-profit whose aim is to alleviate poverty through economic empowerment. Upon return from my Fellowship in 2015, I began my career in commercial lending at Frost Bank in Dallas, eventually landing in the Commercial Real Estate lending group. In 2017, I moved to Denver, Colorado and started with Essex Financial Group as a real estate financial analyst, underwriting all types of incoming producing properties. In my current role as Senior Vice President of Loan Production, my duties include originating, structuring, marketing and executing loan transactions for clients.
