Essex Financial Group arranged a $15.6 million non-recourse loan for the refinance of an 83,155 square foot retail property called Greentree Plaza in Everett, WA. The center, which is shadow anchored by a corporately-owned Target store, also contains a strong lineup of local and national tenants including Sportsman’s Warehouse, Supercuts, Jamba Juice, Sally Beauty Supply, Chipotle, and Starbucks. Michael Salzman arranged the fixed-rate loan, which was placed with one of Essex Financial Group's mortgage backed security conduit lenders.
