The center, which is shadow anchored by a corporately-owned Target Store, is well-located on a major retail thoroughfare and was 100% occupied at the time of closing. The property’s strong lineup of national, regional, and local tenants includes Chic-fil-A, Benihana, Ace Hardware, Phoenix Salon, and Fantastic Sam’s.
The Borrower hired Essex Financial Group to source a permanent, non-recourse loan.
