Founded in 1998, Strategic Alliance Mortgage, LLC ("SAM") is a company comprised of the top independently-owned commercial real estate investment banking firms located throughout the United States.  The member firms utilize their shared national knowledge to execute superior capital market solutions for developers, commercial real estate investors, investment management firms, asset management firms, real estate investment trusts and private real estate equity firms.

MBA seeks to create an environment that enables its members to invest in communities and achieve their business objectives. The association creates this environment by developing innovative business tools, educating and training industry professionals, providing a gathering place for the sharing of ideas, acting as the industry's voice on legislative and regulatory issues, and developing open and fair standards and practices for the industry.  MBA is the only association representing all segments of the real estate finance industry. NAIOP Colorado is a chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and it comprises over 600 members, serving the local Denver Metro and larger Colorado market.  NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. NAIOP comprises 15,000+ members and provides strong advocacy, education, and business opportunities through a powerful North American network.

Founded by a passionate group of local real estate leaders in 1989, the Center's mission is to foster and develop aspiring real estate professionals. We offer rigorous coursework, co-curricular activities, a personalized approach to networking and mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences. Our students graduate knowing they're prepared to make a positive impact. Our employer network hires nearly every graduate of our program—perhaps its most important validation.
