Aimee Love is a seasoned CRE professional with over 16 years of experience in the lending industry. Currently serving as a Principal at Essex, she contributes to the strategic vision the firm as well as debt advisory and access for her clients. Previously, Aimee led a Commercial Real Estate lending team at Independent Financial, an $18B regional bank. In this role, she oversaw approximately $1B in commitments and talented team of bankers. She has experience with value-add/reposition, stabilized debt, and construction lending across all asset classes with an emphasis on multi-family. Throughout her career, she has led nearly $2B worth of loans and has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex transactions and high volumes with care and foresight. Aimee has a strong track record of execution and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. She consistently leverages her experience and network to provide creative solutions to meet the goals of each borrower. Aimee graduated from University of Northern Colorado, Monfort College of Business.
